1. Core Refund Window
We offer a 7-day refund window from your original purchase date.
- Trigger Event: The refund clock begins the exact millisecond Polar.sh confirms your payment.
- No Dependency on Use: This window applies strictly to the purchase date, not the date you install the plugin, activate the API key, or first use the service.
- Absolute Hard Stop: Under no circumstances and without exception will any refund requests be honored or reviewed beyond 7 days from the original transaction date.
2. What Qualifies for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet all of the following conditions:
- First-Time Purchases Only: The refund applies solely to the initial purchase of a new license tier. Ongoing automatic subscription renewals do not qualify.
- Limit Per Entity: Refunds are limited to one per customer, per legal entity, and per unique company. You cannot request refunds for multiple license tiers or accounts.
- License Upgrades: If you upgrade your subscription tier (e.g., from Solo to Agency) within your eligible 7-day window, the refund clock tracks back to the original purchase date of your initial tier, not the date of the upgrade.
3. What Disqualifies a Request
A refund will be automatically denied if any of the following apply:
- The request is submitted more than 7 days after the original purchase date.
- Your account or API key has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- You have previously received a refund from us for any product or license.
- The charge is for a recurring annual subscription renewal. You must cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged.
- Policy Abuse: Purchasing a license, requesting a refund, and subsequently repurchasing the product to manipulate the system is strictly prohibited. Engaging in this behavior will result in a permanent ban of your entity from all WPCrafters services.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, you must email our legal team directly within your eligible 7-day window. We do not process refunds through social media, chat widgets, or community forums.

- Required Information: You must include your valid Polar.sh Order ID, your registered email address, and a specific reason for the refund.
Processing Timelines:
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- No refund will be issued or reviewed without a valid, verifiable Polar.sh Order ID.
- If approved, our payment processor (Polar.sh) will issue the funds back to your original payment method. This typically reflects on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
5. Post-Refund Infrastructure Impact
The moment a refund request is approved, our automated backend updates your license configuration:
- API Deactivation: Your premium API key is deactivated immediately. The plugin will immediately revert to standard free-tier functionality on your WordPress installation.
- Media Preservation: Because the plugin offloads media directly to your personal cloud infrastructure, all processed image URLs will continue to function normally provided the files remain intact within your own Cloudflare R2, Amazon S3, or Backblaze B2 buckets. We do not access, alter, or delete your external storage data upon refund.
- Repurchase Restriction: To prevent server resource exploitation, you are restricted from repurchasing the same license tier for 30 days following a processed refund.
6. No Partial or Prorated Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds under any operational circumstances.
- There are no prorated refunds or monetary rollbacks for unused subscription time if you choose to terminate your license early.
- We do not issue credit notes, partial charge reversals, or internal account credits in lieu of a standard full refund.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage reaching out to our legal support team directly to handle billing disputes.
- If you file a formal chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, your account, API keys, and access to all related corporate tools will be permanently banned.
- WPCrafters (Tharwa Consulting Private Limited) actively contests all unauthorized chargebacks by submitting comprehensive system logs and transaction records provided by Polar.sh to your financial institution.
